I know it's a little late for New Years Resolutions, but here it goes:

1. This year, I will not buy a single item of clothing save socks/bras/underwear. (and I'm only stating these last three because I've already broken that.) I don't really buy a lot anyways, I'm pretty cheap. But I have a ton of clothes that I don't wear, and it's somewhat upsetting.

2. I will make everything I'm not wearing, wearable, and work though the large bin of fabric I have until it's all gone and everything is made into something. Every scrap should be gone and integrated into my wardrobe by 12:00 AM Jan 1st, 2010.

3. And, btw: Getting free clothes (Clothes swap/dumpster diving) is perfectly legit.


If you couldn't tell, this is very economically motivated. I am going to be fairly low on cash the entire year. But I figure This should be an interesting project. I want to be completely hand made/hand altered/free by the end of the year.
